First, check if your phone is connected to the Internet. If the code cannot be generated due to other reasons, contact the service personnel of the transport provider in your area or call the customer service hotline (Tel: 04-37077988, service hours: 08:00-24:00 daily).
To promote the Mobility as a Service (MaaS) initiative, the Taichung City Government has introduced the Taichung go Time-Based QR Code Transportation Combo Ticket (hereinafter referred to as "Taichung go Combo Ticket"). This combo ticket integrates various transportation options, including the MRT and buses, offering unlimited rides for 24, 48, or 72 hours.

※Taichung go combo ticket is issued in the form of a QR Code (non-physical ticket). Travelers need to have an Internet-enabled device with sufficient battery (such as a smartphone or tablet) to purchase and activate the combo ticket on the Taichung go website. All orders and ride records can also be viewed on the website.
Combo tickets that have been paid for but not yet activated must be refunded by pressing the [Refund] button on the Taichung go website within 7 days counting from the purchase (payment completion) date.
During the initial phase in 2023, the service fee is waived; the standard service fee is NT$10 per combo ticket. The remaining amount after deducting the service fee will be refunded to the original payment account.
Currently, the available payment methods are [LINE Pay], [Easy Wallet], and [Credit Card].

3. If you have successfully activated your iPass MONEY account but cannot pay, check if your account balance is sufficient.

Once the Taichung go combo ticket is activated, refunds are not accepted.
Each person can purchase and store up to 10 combo tickets of the same plan at a time.
When using LINE Pay, if you have LINE Pay POINTS, you can choose to use them to offset the Taichung go MaaS Combo Ticket cost.
The Taichung go website has an [Activate Now] button. Before your first ride, click on the [Activate Now] button and confirm to complete the activation. You can then use the QR code on the validation equipment to enter (board)/exit (alight).
Currently, there is no restriction on when to activate the Taichung go combo ticket after purchase.
The validity period for Taichung go combo tickets is 24/48/72 hours, starting from when you click on the [Activate Now] button on the Taichung go website.
※Note: Within 3 hours after the actual expiration, the Taichung go website will still display the combo ticket QR code for the passenger to use for alighting/exiting.
First, try adjusting the distance, position, or brightness of your phone when scanning (it's recommended to set your phone screen to maximum brightness). If it still doesn't work, consult the on-site service personnel of the respective transport provider. If the staff confirms that your combo ticket is still valid, they will manually assist you with entry/boarding or exit/alighting.
1. Entry/Boarding: If the phone battery dies or the device malfunctions before entering, use another method to present the purchase proof for boarding.
2. Exit/Alighting:
●Buses: If your phone battery dies, malfunctions, or is lost when you need to alight, you may disembark first according to the Passenger Transport Contract.
●MRT: If your phone runs out of battery, malfunctions, or is lost after entering the station, please contact the station staff when exiting. The staff will assess the situation and assist in opening the service gate to help you exit.
Taichung go combo tickets are for personal use only and cannot be shared. Both entry and exit must be scanned on the ticket validation device.
If you need to delete your account, please call our customer service center, and a customer service representative will assist you.

An account can only be logged in to one device at a time. If multiple devices are logged in simultaneously, the system will forcibly log out all but the most recently logged-in device.
Please reset your account or password on the Taichung Citizen Portal, and log in again once completed.
Go to the Taichung go website [Homepage → Personalized Services → Settings → Change Password], and update your new password details.
Go to the Taichung go website [Homepage → Personalized Services → Settings → Personal Information Maintenance], enter your new number and complete system verification to update your mobile number.
