- Once the [Activate Now] button is pressed and confirmed, the ticket activation time starts, and the system will automatically calculate the ticket's end time based on its validity period.
- Only one [Time-based QR Combo Ticket] can be activated at a time on the Taichung go website. Once activated, refunds are not available.
- After the validity period of an activated [Time-based QR Combo Ticket] ends, a new combo ticket can be activated.
III. Validity Period:
- Commencing from the activation time, the combo ticket is valid for 24, 48, or 72 consecutive hours (depending on the purchased plan) for use on designated transport modes. The usage is based on boarding or station entry time, with no additional charges. Each ride is limited to one user.
- Once the validity period of the [Time-based QR Combo Ticket] ends, it can no longer be used for boarding or station entry.
- For up to 3 hours after the validity period ends, the [Time-based QR Combo Ticket] will still display for passengers to use for alighting or leaving the station, with the word "Expired" prominently displayed below the ticket.
- When 3 hours have elapsed since the expiry of the validity period, the [Time-based QR Combo Ticket] function can no longer be used.
IV. Usage Instructions:

- When logged into the Taichung go website on the same mobile device, only one valid ride code can be obtained at a time. Passengers must use the ride code for entering and exiting stations based on the “one person, one device, one code” rule. The ride code is for single use only by the ticket holder, and must be scanned at entry/exit gates or when boarding/alighting vehicles.
