As Taichung go (TPASS) approaches its first anniversary, the Transportation Bureau will conduct a user survey to gather feedback on the usage and satisfaction of Taichung go (TPASS).

To encourage participation, 50 winners will be selected from valid responses to receive convenience store vouchers. The details of the survey are as follows:

Survey Locations: TPASS Taichung MRT sales stations, district offices

Survey Method: Online survey via Google Forms; paper questionnaires are also available at designated TPASS retail locations.
