Purchase Combo Tickets- Ticket Purchase Details

Combo Ticket Content

    ●24-Hour Unlimited Rides:

    • Taichung MRT.
    • All bus routes in Taichung City.

Instructions

    ●Only one ticket can be activated per mobile device at a time and is for single-person use only.

    ●After purchasing, go to "Order Management" and click on the green [Activate Ticket] button to activate the ticket (only one ticket can be activated at a time).

    ●Once activated, go to "My Tickets" → QR Code to display the QR code. Use this code to scan at the QR validation machine (square scanner) for station entry/exit and boarding/alighting.

    ●You must scan the QR code at entry/exit gates or when boarding/alighting transport vehicles.

    ●Merchant discounts can only be used after the combo ticket has been activated. 

Important Notes

    ●You can purchase up to 10 tickets at one time.

    ●Pressing the [Activate] button will start the ticket's validity period, and the system will automatically calculate the end time based on the ticket duration.

Refund Policy

    ●Unused tickets can be refunded within 7 days of purchase by clicking on the [Refund] button. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.Refunds cannot be made after this period or once the pass has been activated.

    ●Refunds cannot be processed once the ticket is activated.

    ●Refunds will also cancel any associated discounts.

    ●Credit card refunds are processed for the entire order only. If any pass in the order has been activated, the order cannot be refunded. Please review your purchase carefully before checkout.
